1 Injured in Holtville Car Accident on East Heber Road near Highway 7
Holtville, California (April 4, 2020) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon in Holtville, according to police.
The accident occurred on East Heber Road, just west of Highway 7, at around 3:40 p.m., on April 3.
A black GMC Terrain collided with a Toyota Camry on the roadway in unclear circumstances, according to the officials.
The emergency crews arrived at the scene and located one person who had sustained severe injuries following the accident.
The victim was transported to El Centro Regional Medical Center in an undisclosed condition.
The involved vehicles were towed away from the scene by tow trucks. The GMC sustained significant front damage while the Camry had major front-right damage.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary to clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
