Sebastian Gallegos Dies in Granada Hills Car Crash on San Fernando Road
Granada Hills, California (November 21, 2019) - 18-year-old Sebastian Gallegos of Castaic, has been identified as one of the two students killed in a vehicle accident on Wednesday afternoon in Granada Hills, as per a police report.
The collision was reported at around 1:40 p.m. November 20, on the 14100 block of North San Fernando Road.
The Los Angeles Police Department said a white Acura vehicle that had three people inside collided with a garbage collection vehicle.
The three occupants in the Acura were severely injured and taken to a nearby trauma center for treatment.
Gallegos, together with another victim, succumbed to their injuries at the hospital while the third person is still hospitalized.
No other details of the crash were immediately released.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
