Major Injury Sustained in San Francisco Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 280
San Francisco, California (November 30, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a motorcycle and car accident that resulted in major injuries on Friday morning in San Francisco.
The motorcycle collision, which happened at about 7:58 a.m. November 29, occurred on the Interstate 280 Freeway near the connecting ramp onto Highway 101.
The accident involved a dark gray SUV and a BMW motorcycle that crashed on the northbound lanes of the highway for reasons still under an active investigation.
The rider was pinned underneath the bike upon the impact.
Officials said the victim suffered major injuries following the accident.
